Question:

Dear Master, I'd like to ask you something about my new experience. After one hour of practice, I perceived the flow of life itself.....that contained all the energy of people practicing now and even people who have practiced in the past.....(.there was also a connection to Hua Xia Center....the Qi Field produced  by the large number of people......). ..... the entirety cannot disappear!

Friends that are sick and need help were coming into my consciousness and I perceived that they also entered this flow of Qi  Field and that they could benefit from it....

Can it be just my imagination or can this be something "real"?
In one of your past courses you mentioned that the Qi and the Energy are not the same. Could you please talk about this? Thank you.

Answer:

I'm happy to say that the answer is...

When a qigong master organises a qi field and holds a group healing, such an imagination is a wonderful way to open your heart and merge completely with the qi field. You'll be amazed at how much you benefit from the qi field! As you continue to practise, you'll begin to feel the qi field in a more realistic way. You'll be able to feel it all the time, without any imagination.

As we talked about earlier, "qi" is a kind of invisible, formless thing that exists in our universe. Some qigong masters may use words like "pure energy" or "special energy" to help foreign practitioners understand qi more easily. But it's important to remember that "qi" is not "energy" in the traditional sense. In other words, qi (invisible and formless existence in the universe) is an unknown existence that needs to be discovered and recognised by modern science, which goes beyond the definition of "energy" in physics.

Healing with Consciousness: A Guide for Practitioners

Welcome to this powerful practice of healing through conscious intention. These guidelines are designed to help you align deeply with the energy field, open your awareness, and allow natural transformation to unfold.

Please read carefully and keep an open heart. This is not about "doing" — it’s about being, trusting, and allowing.

🔑 Core Principles of Conscious Healing

1. Focus Your Awareness — Not Your Analysis

Let go of diagnosing or labeling the condition.

Instead of trying to understand what is wrong, simply bring your full attention to the affected area. You don’t need to know the name of the illness, its cause, or history. Just gently place your awareness there — like shining a soft light into darkness.

💡 Think of it as visiting a place within your body with care, not with judgment.

2. Release All Judgments About Illness

Every condition, no matter how long-standing or severe, can respond to pure intention.

Avoid thoughts such as:

  • “This has been going on for years.”
  • “This is too serious to heal quickly.”
  • “Others couldn’t fix it — how can this work?”

These beliefs create invisible barriers. In the realm of consciousness, time and severity do not apply in the same way they do in the physical world.

🌱 Approach every session with quiet confidence: “Healing is possible — now.”

3. Visualize Only the Outcome — Never the Process

See only wholeness. Feel only health.

Do not imagine cells repairing, inflammation reducing, or organs regenerating. The mind cannot accurately picture the inner workings of healing — and trying to do so distracts from the power of pure intent.

Instead, hold a clear image of yourself:

  • Full of energy  / Pain-free / Radiantly healthy / Living freely

🖼️ Like tuning a radio to a clear station, tune your mind to the frequency of wellness.

4. Trust That Your Intention Has Already Arrived

The moment you intend, the effect begins.

Consciousness moves instantly — faster than thought, beyond space and time. There is no delay between your intention and its presence in the body.

You don’t need to wonder how it gets there. That kind of thinking pulls you out of the state of flow.

🌀 Your awareness is already connected. Simply rest in that knowing.

🌿 Essential Reminders During Practice

 Follow the Instructor’s Guidance Closely
Stay present. Listen fully. When the teacher guides the focus, move with them — without hesitation or personal adjustment. Group coherence amplifies individual results.

 Stay Open and Receptive
Let go of the need to control, understand, or verify. Be like still water — ready to reflect the sky.

 Cultivate Inner Silence
The quieter the mind, the stronger the signal of intention. Between thoughts is where healing happens.

 Practice Non-Attachment
Don’t cling to outcomes. Send your intention, then release it — like planting a seed and trusting the soil.
